We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item significantly differs from the product description
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or washed
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via mobile banking or bank transfer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by fmarray if the item is defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
