Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we'll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from the product description

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used or washed

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via mobile banking or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by fmarray if the item is defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
